gizycko
Draft. A starting point, not advice, and not reviewed by a lawyer. It is written against the GDPR because that is the strictest regime this service is likely to meet, but a site open worldwide also answers to local law - among others the UK GDPR, California’s CCPA/CPRA, Brazil’s LGPD, and consumer rules in every market you accept members from. Have a lawyer review it before real people sign up.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of gizycko.online (“the service”), operated by [company name] from [registered address]. The service is open worldwide. By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Who may use the service

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must not be barred from using the service under any applicable law.
  • You may hold one account. Accounts are personal and must not be sold, shared, or transferred.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a licence to store and display it for the purpose of operating the service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You must not upload content that:

  • shows anyone under 18 in any sexual context;
  • is another person’s photograph presented as your own;
  • is sexually explicit, violent, or hateful;
  • advertises goods or services, or solicits money;
  • reveals another person’s private information.

3. Behaviour

Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, scams, and impersonation are prohibited. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice where the risk to others is serious.

4. Safety is shared

We do not run criminal background checks on members. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting anyone in person. Read our safety advice before you do.

5. Payment

The service is currently free. If paid features are introduced, prices and cancellation terms will be shown before you are charged, and any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period your country gives you will apply.

6. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may close an account that breaks these terms. On deletion, your profile, photos, matches, and messages are removed, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, or intentional harm.

8. Law and disputes

[Governing law] applies. Wherever you live, this does not take away rights your local consumer law gives you: in most countries a consumer may bring a claim in the courts of their own place of residence, and consumers in the EU and UK may use their national online dispute resolution scheme.

9. Changes

We will give notice of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

10. Contact
